Returns & Refunds

Everything in the Gotham Rugby shop is made to order. Each item is printed or produced only after you place your order, which is why we can't accept returns or exchanges, including for size or fit. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email [help@gotham.rugby] within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item and the issue
• A photo of the packaging, if it arrived damaged

We'll send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund the item to your original payment method.

Order changes and cancellations
Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Email us right away and we'll do our best.

Shipping issues
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. We can't replace orders shipped to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout, so please double-check it.
